Internal CRM Dashboard: Enhancing the user experience of the internal CRM dashboard, improving workflows and streamlining processes for the sales and supply team.
Amber Connect (Property Management System SaaS Tool): Optimized user flows, interfaces, and interactions for property managers and landlords, resulting in a more efficient and user-friendly property management experience.

Website Revamp : Worked on Revamping the website utilizing Google's material design techniques to boost customer engagement and increase sales conversions.
Design System : Created a design system with customizable elements from scratch for the website, resulting in improved user experience and decreased development time.
Designed high-fidelity interactive prototypes, leveraging information architecture and user flows to ensure seamless website interactions.
UX Design Intern - KEKA HR

Worked in the KEKA Biz module at KEKA , a crucial component of the B2B SaaS HRMS product that secured a record-breaking Series-A funding of $57 million in 2022.
Re-structuring Invoicing methods : Partnered with the CEO and Product team to apply Lean UX principles and create a seamless invoicing structure, resulting in adoption by more than 3,000 Keka customers worldwide.
Dashboard Revamp : I improved the CRM Dashboard interfaces and automated workflows. I also streamlined enquiry collection and customer onboarding processes. Additionally, I added multi-currency features to simplify billing accounts management for global clients. These efforts helped launch KEKA successfully in the US/UK markets.
Research : Conducted research to identify different filter and sort components used across the platform and proposed a standardized pattern to be added into the Design system.

Collaborated closely with designers, developers, and product owners to create seamless and intuitive experiences. resulting in a 30% increase in productivity.
